SMFR Back of Shoulder (With Ball)
LEFT
Target: Left Arm, Shoulder
Position: Standing
- Face away from wall with left arm and elbow across midline of body to the right 
- Place ball at wall and at back of left shoulder area 
- Lean back into ball to apply pressure to muscle region 
- Shift body up and down, and left to right to move ball around muscle regions 
- Bring left arm down into/across body and then away from body overhead at a 45° angle to shoulder to increase release 
- Move in 1 inch increments with muscle fully relaxed 
- Hold any tender spot for 10-15 seconds 
RIGHT
Target: Right Arm, Shoulder
Position: Standing
- Face away from wall with right arm and elbow across midline of body to the left 
- Place ball at wall and at back of right shoulder area 
- Lean back into ball to apply pressure to muscle region 
- Shift body up and down, and left to right to move ball around muscle regions 
- Bring right arm down into/across body and then away from body overhead at a 45° angle to shoulder to increase release 
- Move in 1 inch increments with muscle fully relaxed
