Knee to Chest

 
 
 

Target: Hip, Low Back
Position: On Back
Count 1 rep when knees are bent to body

  1. Lie on back with knees bent and feet flat on floor

  2. Bring knees outside of hips toward shoulders

  3. Grab knees and pull legs up and out

  4. Keep low back flat against floor
